Pilot framework in preparation

Explore a future, responsible AWALA pilot.

AWALA is preparing a framework for controlled pilots with organisations and professionals who may later want to test a brief, voice-first reflection format for adults within a clearly defined wellbeing context. Early conversations are welcome while product readiness, privacy safeguards and safety measures are still being validated.

Principles for a future pilot framework

  1. A clearly defined everyday use case
  2. An adult participant group and voluntary participation
  3. Transparent communication about capabilities and limitations
  4. Appropriate onboarding and support routes
  5. Proportionate feedback and pre-agreed evaluation questions
  6. A joint review before continuation or expansion

Why AWALA is different

A pilot tests a reflection product—not just a language model.

Partners test an intentionally designed flow with a defined audience, transparent boundaries and jointly agreed evaluation questions.

01

Guided self-reflection

A defined voice flow gives reflection direction without requiring the perfect prompt first.

02

Everyday wellbeing

Designed for brief moments in daily life—not diagnosis, treatment or psychotherapy.

03

Personal agency

AWALA offers questions and structure; the person remains the authority and chooses their own next step.

04

Responsibility built in

Bounded sessions, honest limitations and intended safety behaviour are part of the product design.

The difference is focus—not a broad claim of being superior at every task.

Trust in pilot design

Trust is not an afterthought.

For pilot partners, this means that privacy, voluntary participation, transparent boundaries and the responsible handling of sensitive information are treated as part of the pilot design from the outset.

Specific providers, data flows, retention periods and user controls will be reviewed technically, organisationally and legally, then agreed transparently before a pilot begins.

Non-negotiable boundaries

Voluntary, transparent and free from monitoring.

AWALA is not intended for diagnosis, health screening, employee monitoring, productivity scoring, compulsory participation or replacement of professional care.

Any pilot start, scope, price, duration or result requires product readiness and explicit agreement.
